INATASAN ng House Committee on Justice si Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla na dumalo sa impeachment hearing sa Abril 14 at magsumite ng kopya ng Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) ni Vice President Sara Duterte.
Inisyuhan si Remulla ng subpoena testificandum et duces tecum ng komite.
Batay sa dokumentong pirmado nina Committee Chairperson Gerville Luistro, House Secretary General Reginald Velasco, at House Speaker Faustino Dy III, inaatasan si Remulla na magsumite ng certified true copies ng SALN ni Duterte para sa mga taong 2007–2013, 2016–2022, at 2022–2025.
“You are hereby directed to appear before the Committee on Justice on April 14, 2026, 10:00 a.m., at the 2nd floor of the People Center, House of Representatives, and to submit the following documents,” ayon sa subpoena.
Kabilang ang SALN ni Duterte sa mga dokumentong sinusuri ng komite kaugnay ng reklamong may kinalaman sa umano’y unexplained wealth.
